OLD December

December 20, 2000

The site is still having problems but it seems to be getting better. If for any reason in the future it says "User does not exist" just hit refresh. That usually works. I've been trying to contact homepage, but it's impossible. So stay with me folks, I have a bunch of fun news and site updates to make. Hopefully by Christmas everything will be back to normal.

Send me any news you might have found or any drawings you might have.

News had been slow until CNolan11 dropped us a line about Chevy. According to The Hollywood Reporter, the performer is currently developing a comedy series, along the lines of Mr. Smith Goes to Washington, with Bill Diamond and Rob Bragin, both former Murphy Brown producers. The script is expected to be completed by the end of this year. The trio will then begin pitching the show to networks.

Look how good Chevy looks in this picture. Maybe he is putting his life back together. We'll see if this "Former Saturday Night Live star Chevy Chase is ready for primetime."

News has been slow recently. Especially with NewsAskew speculating that Kevin may push back Fletch Won to do a animated Clerks film. C'mon Kev, don't push it back, remember what happened last time?

The newest portion of the script is up. The Script section is now broken into 2 section. The newest update is in section two. A link to both pages are on the top of the Fletch Script Section

Reported by fletchandtrudi, in the NoNeverNever board a few projects that Chevy has coming up...

"According to inhollywood.com, Chevy has three movies on the way in the next year or so: One, the aforementioned "Hitting The Wall", which is basically ex-SNL writer Tom Davis' life story. The second is "Out Of Order", a romantic comedy about lawyers from SCTV's Dave Thomas and last and most DEFINATELY LEAST (ugh) "Snow Day 2".

As I reported this weekend in the NoNeverNever Fletch Board that I finally received a response from Jelly Finger himself M. Emmit Walsh. He sent me a great autographed 8x10. I sent him a letter in July telling him how much I loved Fletch and it took him 4 months to get back to me. If anyone would like to write to him...his address is:
